Do you provide private sessions?
Our youth training sessions are group sessions, with a maximum of six athletes per group. We feel our athletes will achieve their maximum potential by working in a group environment that encourages friendly competition and builds confidence, leadership, and communication skills.

How long are your youth training camps?
Our performance training programs are a total of 18 sessions that are broken up as either two days per week or three days per week, depending on the athlete's schedule and the advice of our coaches. Each session is 90 minutes.

Is this just for football and track?
NO! The basis of our performance training program is to build a strong foundation as an overall athlete. We believe that becoming the best athlete you can be will enable you to be the best at your specific sport.

What if I am already in training?
For our athletes who are already in a training program or competing, we offer two sessions a week to act as a supplement to the skills training they are already receiving.

What do I get with the performance training package?

  • Preliminary Nike Sensory Sport Training evaluation – a neurological test designed by Nike that will assess how your brain processes what you are seeing and how your body reacts to that. We are THE ONLY training center in the WORLD with this Nike technology.
  • Biomechanical and injury risk factor assessment to provide information valuable to you and necessary for our coaches to develop an effective and safe training program. Valued at $150.
  • Nike shoes, specifically designed for training on our surfaces.
  • Nike SPARQ pre- and post-rating, which provides athletes with an invaluable tool for staying motivated, measuring results, focusing training, and maximizing your success on the playing field.

Performance training serves as the foundation for fundamental movements and physical capabilities needed in any sport. We consider our program to be a supplement to your normal coaching and skills training. Therefore, our state-of-the-art facilities and highly qualified coaching staff will provide you with the performance enhancement needed to improve your athleticism.
