![]() Our youth training sessions are group sessions, with a maximum of six athletes per group. We feel our athletes will achieve their maximum potential by working in a group environment that encourages friendly competition and builds confidence, leadership, and communication skills. Our performance training programs are a total of 18 sessions that are broken up as either two days per week or three days per week, depending on the athlete's schedule and the advice of our coaches. Each session is 90 minutes. NO! The basis of our performance training program is to build a strong foundation as an overall athlete. We believe that becoming the best athlete you can be will enable you to be the best at your specific sport. ![]() For our athletes who are already in a training program or competing, we offer two sessions a week to act as a supplement to the skills training they are already receiving.
